1962 Lotus Elite S2

Here we have a fabulous example of an older restoration car coming out of long term ownership with a good history, which has seen minimal use since it's overhaul and has the benefit of many of the very useable improvements / upgrades making it a real pleasure to drive.  These include as main items;

Tony Bates Restored CBU & new sub frame plus many new parts.

Climax Engine Services built FWB as a replacement engine,  ZF gearbox  & 4.22 diff.  Original engine block is available for seperate purchase if needed.

So a pretty extensive specification making this Elite very useable in the modern day conditions, whilst maintaining it's GT feel with the FWB for those longer cruises on some open roads of which we can attest as, having been in our shop recently for some rear end servicing, she is now ready to go and beautiful to drive.  The odometer was resent at the overhaul and currently shows 32k miles.

If you are in the market for an Elite that ticks all the nice to have boxes, then this is one you should really come and view.
